Product Description
Manifa PY 6 Series product is a super durable polyester TGIC powder designed to provide excellent weather resistance, gloss retention properties, storage stability and gloss level is from 70 to 100 units. Product is available in various finishes and can be used for exterior use.
Substrate Preparation
Substrate should be free from grease, oil, dirt, fingerprints, drawing compounds and any contaminants. Use of conversion coating like chromating prior to powder application is strongly recommended.
Application Areas
This product is highly recommended to meet gloss retention and color stability requirements. Primary areas of application are architectural aluminum extrusion and cladding.
Curing Schedule
Object temperature 200°C for 10 minutes or 180°C for 15 minutes.
Storage Conditions
Product to be stored below 25°C and 65% maximum relative humidity. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
