Product Description
Manifa PY 4 series product is polyester TGIC powder designed to provide excellent weather resistance, excellent mechanical properties, storage stability and gloss level from 1 to 100 units. Product is available in various finishes and can be used for interior and exterior use.
Substrate Preparation
Substrate should be free from grease, oil, dirt, fingerprints, drawing compounds and any contaminants. Use of conversion coating like chromating, zinc/iron phosphating prior to powder application is strongly recommended.
Application Areas
Product can be applied on ferrous and non-ferrous substrate like aluminum extrusion, automotive parts, air conditioners, electrical equipments, steel furniture, refrigerators, appliances and scaffoldings.
Curing Schedule
Object temperature 200°C for 10 minutes or 180°C for 15 minutes.
Storage Conditions
Product to be stored below 25°C and 65% maximum relative humidity. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
Product Approval
Approved by Qualicoat (Class 1).
